How can I return an item?
At Horta Ltd. we are proud to offer a hassle-free exchange policy. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us he can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. For more information, please read our Terms and Conditions
What is the return notice period?
You can request for a return within 14 days upon receipt of the order.
Please also note that:
– Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
– It should also be in the same brand box you received.
If I’m not happy with my order, do I get a refund and get my money back?
For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund per bank account.
My credit card details have been rejected, what do I do?
· Is the card you used for ATM use only?
Some cards are not enabled for e-commerce shopping, contact your bank to enable your card for online shopping.
· Did you complete the 3D Secure Check successfully?
In order to avail of 3D secure authentication you must register your credit/debit card. This is a one-time process which takes place on the card issuer’s (bank) website. The process involves the cardholder answering several security questions to which only the card issuer and cardholder will know the answer. The cardholder then selects a password and/or a secret question, which will be used by the card issuer during each online transaction. Contact your bank if you are facing any problems with 3D secure.

· Is there sufficient limit on your credit card?
If the above conditions are met, call your bank to check if your credit card is eligible for online purchases or if there is any other reason blocking it.

Why do I have to verify my phone number?
We request verification of your phone number for the security of the account. Also, the courier will use this number to call you before delivery to ensure we deliver to the right person and on time.
Can I come and try on the items before I buy them?
Horta Ltd. is an online shopping website. All of our items are stored in a warehouse that is not open to customers. However, we have an excellent option to “try and fit” any of our products – AstraFit application. AstraFit is our virtual “dressing room”, that helps and minimize the opportunity your item does not fit to you.

Does Horta Ltd. guarantee authenticity of products?
We only sell 100% proved products at Horta boutique. We stand behind the high quality of every product we sell. All of our products are sourced from authorised distributors and are premier quality.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently we only ship to places in EU, but we are open and curious to find more friendly customers from all over the world.
We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorised or unlawful access to or accidental loss of or destruction or damage to your information. When we collect data through the Site, we collect your personal details on a secure server. We use firewalls on our servers. Whilst we are unable to guarantee 100% security, this makes it hard for a hacker to decrypt your details.
